Chicken stuff...
I like to get chicken when it goes on sale and cook it all up. Then I debone it and freeze it in little baggies and freeze the broth in an ice cube tray and keep them in a big bag. So now I always (er... sometimes!) have chicken and chicken broth handy!
Just boil it for a loooooooong time (I usually go all day)...

Yup a bag of frozen shredded chicken goes a long way! I have several soup or dip recipies that are so fast and easy when I have bought at the hardings (old big top) meat sale! Thanks for the suggestion Abby!
