I needed to use up some left over ham from Easter dinner and was tired of my split pea soup and Navy bean soup recipes so I found this! It was amazing! Sorry no picture at this time but if I make it again I will try to snap one. My problem is that I am too lazy to charge my camera batteries and then I don't have a camera when I want one. Gotta give me some props for remembering to post this though right? :)
3/4 C chopped onion
2 TBSP butter/margarine
1 C diced cooked peeled potatoes
1 C diced fully cooked ham
2 cans (or cups) fresh, frozen or canned sweet corn
1 can cream style corn
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (or in my case creamochicken since I was out of the other ha!)
2 1/2 C milk
salt and pepper to taste
1 TBPS Parsley
In heavy sauce pan saute onion and butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 20-30 mins
Hope your family enjoys this as much as ours did!
