I've been working on lowering my carb intake, and here is one of my favorite lunches... Cheeseburger salad! The ingredients are just however much you prefer... its so easy!Cheeseburger Salad
1 hamburger patty, cooked
shredded lettuce
grated cheese
crumbled bacon
diced tomato
chopped dill pickle
ketchup
mustard
mayonnaise
pickle juice
Place your lettuce on the plate. Layer on the burger, cheese, bacon, tomato, pickle, etc (whatever else your little heart desires!). In a small bowl squirt in a dollop or so (I know, very specific!!) of the ketchup and mustard. Plop in a spoonful or so of mayo. Stir together and drizzle in dill pickle juice until it is a salad dressing consistency. Add to salad and DIG IN!!!

Mmmm. This is GOOD stuff. Even if I make my dressing differently. Mustard? Scary stuff. : )
