Here's what I'm planning for Alex and me this week:
Steak (I've had this package in the freezer for months... the last one on my buy 1 get 2 free deal :D) with baked potatoes and veggies
Taco Salad
Sloppy Joes (or BBQ... not sure which yet) with veggies and dip
Fried rice with egg drop soup
Bean dip & corn chips
Spinach Lasagna
For lunches we pretty much either have leftovers from supper or sandwiches, and breakfasts are usually quick and easy... eggs, cold cereal, grits, etc.
