Muffin Pot Pies

 This isn't really exactly a recipe... more of an idea for lunches or freezer cooking :). I just used my normal biscuit recipe along with a spur of the moment made-up chicken pot pie filling. But I smooshed out the biscuit dough into a big circle and put it down inside the muffin tins, then filled it with the chicken filling, wrapped the edges of the biscuit up over the filling and pinched it shut. Baked till the tops were golden brown, and we had cute little mini chicken pot pies! They were really yummy too... too bad I didn't use a recipe for the filling :P.

Because there were (horrors!!) vegetables inside, the boys didn't eat these so well :(. Alex and I enjoyed them for the next few lunches though! :)
