Blueberry Ice Cream

I made this recipe from Tasty Kitchen and it was delicious! I have never tried coconut milk ice cream before and we probably prefer regular dairy ice cream, but it was a yummy change anyways :). Just follow the link for the recipe if you want to try it! The color is truly spectacular!!
